Securities-Based Lending-
Artice Capital is the Marketing Arm/Broker Liaison of the lender. We work closely with the lender and we are compensated from them only. There are no fees paid to us by you or the borrower. We assist loan professionals with product information and marketing materials and loan preparation concerning securities-based lending.

Capital Advancement-
We are "direct" to a global funding consortium of private lenders and international funding resources including private and public banks located primarily in Europe.

We are able to assist on a variety of circumstances including the monetization of BG's, SBLC's CD's, MTN's and other financial instruments. We also consider the funding of Private Placement Programs and Development Projects, domestic and foreign.

Our Fee is commensurate to the knowledge, expertise and contacts that we bring to the relationship and we are paid only at the successful funding of the project.
